STABAT MATER KARL JENKINS in Kiev!
The Khreschatyk Academic Chamber Choir will perform a modern version of the medieval Catholic sequence “Stabat Mater”, accompanied by the National Theological Orchestra and the String Quintet. The modern version of this work belongs to the famous English composer Karl Jenkins, who was even knighted by the Queen of Great Britain. The composer boldly mixes secular and religious genres in his works and is not afraid of experiments. “Stabat Mater” will create a wonderful and elated Christmas mood for each listener.
