The one-act play "Accompanist" by French playwright Marcel Mitua a few years ago opened the Experimental Stage (Stage Lab) at the National Operetta of Ukraine. "Accompanist" is a performance about a woman musician. And the role on stage has always been secondary. Only one evening she accidentally falls into the light of the spotlights and becomes the main character of the scene, the magical space of the play of feelings. Perhaps the real artists playing themselves on stage? Or vice versa: does the artist create different images in his life? How does the viewer feel immersed in the space of theatrical performance? In the play "Accompanist", the actress's emotionality resembles a capriccio. She plays freely, lively, unexpectedly, effectively. The play opens the polyphony of feelings, and the play fills the small space of the hall with the bold candor of a woman.
